From the beginning, he picked me up from where I was staying when I flew to Ft. Collins and he cheerfully and willingly showed me all around the mountain neighborhoods of Red Feather Lakes, Crystal lakes and Glacier View Meadows. I flew out a second time and he did the same, and we bid on a house, got it, but because my escrow from the house I was selling was extremely slow in processing, we lost the house. Fred was patient and protective of me and my assets and when we made a bid on a second house, he arranged it so I had minimal inspection expenses to compensate for the previous inspection expenses that fell through. He was amazing. When we secured the house I now proudly own, he went out of his way to find me reliable flooring and drywall installers who he knew personally. He has since gone out of his way to make sure I am comfortable with my new home by emailing me and offering to help me in any way I need. I consider Fred not only a blessing, but a friend at this point, and I am most thankful. He is the best! read less

His advice has been spot-on, and it is always evident that he is looking after our best interests. My last property purchased with him (12/17) was done partially long distance. Fred, even volunteered to meet with the planning commission for us to resolve some survey issues. Fred did suggest the survey in the first place--if we hadn't done it, we would not have been able to sell our property in the future without resolution.
