How Does it Work?
- We’ll meet and help you apply for the program
- Once qualified we’ll establish a budget with our Home Buyer
- We’ll work with you to find the home that you want to buy/lease and our Home Buyer will step in as a cash buyer and buy the home.
- You will lease the home from Our Buyer for as many as five one year lease terms.
- The lease rates and purchase prices are all negotiated at the beginning, so there are no surprises along the way.
